Coffee Tasting

A practice in slowing down. Paying attention to aroma, acidity, sweetness and finish. Every cup tells the story of its origin.

Body of Coffee

The weight on the palate. From silky and tea-like to dense and syrupy, body is the texture that turns a drink into a ritual.

03 — The Coffee Program

More than a cup.

Thoughtfully sourced. Slow roasted in small batches. Coffees with character, crafted for everyday rituals, from the daily espresso to the slow weekend pour.

A craft, not a commodity.

House Blend

Signature Espresso

Blend Components: Ethiopia · Kenya · Colombia · Costa Rica · Brazil

Tasting Notes:

Berry, caramel, honey, cocoa, citrus

A balanced blend combining vibrant African coffees with smooth South American sweetness. Bright upfront, chocolate on the finish, built for daily drinking.

Colombia

Single Origin

Tasting Notes:

Caramel, cocoa, red fruit, brown sugar

Balanced and smooth with a medium body, caramel sweetness and subtle red fruit complexity. Comforting and versatile.

Ethiopia

Single Origin

Tasting Notes:

Floral, citrus, stone fruit, honey

Elegant and expressive with jasmine florals, bright citrus acidity and layered stone fruit sweetness. Tea-like clarity with a clean, lingering finish.

Brazil

Single Origin

Tasting Notes:

Chocolate, nut, caramel, roasted almond

Smooth and well-rounded with a creamy body, gentle sweetness and a soft, chocolatey finish. A dependable classic and the perfect everyday cup.

Delicious brunch, and the best coffee we've had in Africa! Really nice cafe, with lots of comfortable seating and a nice ambience.

I buy my matcha here almost EVERYDAY. The staff always get my order right, the ambience makes me wish I had more time to stay, and the food is so scrumptious you almost cry on every bite.

Staff are friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is calming, and the banana bread is so yummy I always take a slice away to devour later.
